These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VideoBanai — Bangladesh's premier online freelance academy for video editing, color grading, and post-production education — including our website, courses, custom editing services, and website-build services (together, the "Platform").

By creating an account, enrolling in a course, purchasing a service, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy & Policy, which governs data collection, content protection, and refund rules.

To use the Platform, you must be able to form a legally binding contract. Minors may use the Platform only under the supervision and account of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, including your name and a valid email address.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Each account is personal and non-transferable — one account may not be shared, sold, or used by more than one individual.
• You must notify VideoBanai immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

Upon successful payment and enrollment, VideoBanai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream and view purchased course content for personal, non-commercial, educational use only.

• This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the course content — see our Privacy & Policy for full intellectual property terms.
• Course access duration, lecture count, and format are as described on the product page at the time of purchase and may include lifetime or fixed-duration access depending on the course.
• VideoBanai may update, expand, or re-record course material over time; such updates do not entitle you to a different course or a refund.
• Access may be suspended or revoked immediately if this license or the Platform's Content Protection & Anti-Piracy terms are violated.

VideoBanai currently accepts payment via card, bKash, and Nagad. Mobile financial service payments are verified manually using the Transaction ID ("TrxID") you submit at checkout.

• Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change at any time without prior notice; the price shown at checkout is the price payable.
• Enrollment or service delivery begins only after your payment is verified — submitting an incorrect or fraudulent TrxID will result in order rejection and possible account action.
• Discount pricing, bundles, and combo offers are valid only for the period displayed and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• By completing checkout you confirm that all billing and transaction details you provide are accurate and belong to you.
• All purchases are governed by the strictly non-refundable policy described in our Privacy & Policy.

Custom video editing, color grading, and website-build requests submitted through the Custom Project form are quoted individually based on scope, timeline, and complexity.

• A project only becomes a confirmed order once VideoBanai accepts the request and payment (in full or as agreed instalments) is received.
• Delivery timelines communicated by VideoBanai are estimates; delays caused by incomplete source material, late feedback, or scope changes from the client are not the responsibility of VideoBanai.
• Revisions are limited to the number agreed at the time of order confirmation; additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Once work or consultation has commenced on a custom order, that order is non-refundable, consistent with our No Refund Policy.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Platform. You must not:

• Upload, transmit, or link to any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes any third party's intellectual property.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or any server, database, or network connected to it.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access, copy, or interact with the Platform without prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's security features, rate limits, or normal operation in any way.
• Use the Platform to resell, re-teach, or redistribute VideoBanai's courses or service deliverables as your own commercial offering.

The Platform may link to third-party websites or services (such as bKash, Nagad, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or Telegram) that are not owned or controlled by VideoBanai. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.

Any dispute arising from a mobile financial service transaction (e.g. bKash or Nagad) that is outside VideoBanai's platform — such as network delays or provider-side errors — must be raised with that provider directly, though VideoBanai will assist in verifying transaction records where reasonably possible.

The Platform, courses, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. VideoBanai does not guarantee that course content will result in any specific career, income, or client outcome — results depend on individual effort, skill, and market conditions.

• VideoBanai does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoBanai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• VideoBanai's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VideoBanai, its founders, staff, and instructors from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

VideoBanai may suspend or terminate your account and access to any course or service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, the Privacy & Policy, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct on the Platform.

You may stop using the Platform at any time; however, termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund for any course or service already purchased, in line with our No Refund Policy.

VideoBanai may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date below. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
