This Privacy & Policy document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Student", "Client") and VideoBanai ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By accessing our platform, purchasing any course or service, or creating an account, you unconditionally accept every clause herein.

VideoBanai operates independently with no sub-brands, affiliates, or partnership entities. All content, branding, systems, and intellectual assets belong exclusively and entirely to VideoBanai.

All content published, displayed, or delivered through VideoBanai — including but not limited to course videos, lecture recordings, audio, graphics, lesson materials, scripts, UI design, branding elements, logos, code, assessments, and certificates — are the exclusive intellectual property of VideoBanai and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• VideoBanai reserves all copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary rights to every piece of content on this platform, without exception.
• No content may be reproduced, redistributed, republished, sub-licensed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from VideoBanai.
• Unauthorised use of the VideoBanai name, logo, or branding in any format — digital or physical — is strictly prohibited and legally actionable.
• Any derivative works, translations, or adaptations based on VideoBanai content are equally prohibited without explicit written consent.

VideoBanai employs state-of-the-art AI-powered content protection and digital rights management (DRM) systems. Our platform actively monitors for and detects the following activities in real time:

• Screen Recording — Any attempt to screen-record, screen-capture, or mirror platform content is actively detected and logged.
• Unauthorised Downloading — Attempts to download, rip, or locally cache video or service content through any method are flagged automatically.
• Browser Extensions & Third-Party Tools — Use of download accelerators, browser extensions, or third-party software to extract content triggers an immediate security alert.
• Simultaneous Streaming Abuse — Account sharing or concurrent access from multiple unauthorised devices is monitored and restricted.
• Network-Level Interception — Any attempt to intercept data streams or bypass content encryption is treated as a serious security breach.

Upon confirmed detection of piracy or content theft, VideoBanai reserves the right to immediately terminate access, pursue full financial damages (including lost revenue and legal costs), and report offenders to relevant cybercrime authorities.

VideoBanai retains absolute and unconditional authority over all services, content, and user accounts on this platform. This includes, without limitation:

• The right to add, modify, restructure, pause, or permanently remove any course or service from the platform at any time, without notice and without any refund obligation.
• The right to permanently ban or suspend any user account if a violation of these terms is suspected or confirmed, without prior warning.
• The right to revoke course access if a user is found violating content protection policies, regardless of payment status.
• The right to change pricing, bundles, or course inclusions at any time without retrospective application to existing valid purchases.
• The right to update, modify, or replace this Agreement at any time. Continued platform use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By using VideoBanai, you agree to the following code of conduct. Violations may result in immediate termination, legal action, or both:

• You will not share your account credentials with any third party. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You will not use platform content for commercial training, re-teaching, coaching, or any revenue-generating activity without a commercial licence from VideoBanai.
• You will not post, distribute, or sell any VideoBanai materials — including notes, screenshots, or summaries — on any third-party platform.
• You will not engage in abusive, fraudulent, or manipulative conduct toward VideoBanai staff, instructors, or other students.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, clone, or replicate any aspect of the VideoBanai platform, its UI, or its services.
• You will not file fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after accessing course content.

VideoBanai collects and processes the following personal data to deliver our services effectively:

• Account Data: Name, email address, password (encrypted), and profile information provided during registration.
• Transaction Data: Payment method type, transaction IDs, purchase history, and billing details.
• Usage Data: Course progress, video watch time, login timestamps, device type, browser fingerprint, and IP address.
• Security Data: Behavioural analytics captured by our AI protection systems for fraud prevention and content security purposes.

Your data is never sold to third parties. It is used solely for platform operation, security enforcement, customer support, and service improvement. We may share data with legal authorities if required by law or if a criminal violation is identified.

All purchases made on VideoBanai — including course enrolments, service packages, and any digital products — are strictly non-refundable. By completing a payment, you fully acknowledge and accept this policy without exception.

• All sales are final. No refund will be issued regardless of whether the course content has been accessed or not.
• Change of mind, dissatisfaction, or personal circumstances do not qualify as grounds for a refund claim.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed against VideoBanai will be treated as a direct violation of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
• In the event a course or service is discontinued by VideoBanai, we may offer alternative access or a platform credit at our sole discretion — this is a courtesy, not an obligation.
• Custom project and editing service payments are non-refundable once any work or consultation has commenced.

VideoBanai is fully committed to the protection of its rights, content, and community. Any breach of this Agreement — whether related to intellectual property, content piracy, fraud, or conduct violations — will result in the most severe legal action permissible under applicable law, pursued without hesitation or delay.

• Legal proceedings may be initiated in the jurisdiction where VideoBanai operates, or in the jurisdiction of the violating party, at VideoBanai's discretion.
• Violators may be held liable for statutory damages, actual damages, legal fees, and any additional penalties provided by law.
• This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws, and any disputes not resolved amicably shall be submitted to competent courts.
• Failure by VideoBanai to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of those rights.
